Acting jointly in order to make a difference. Social partnership – a model with a viable future.

The future is influenced by our visions and the resulting actions. This is the essential motivation for the project “Future Workshop South Tyrol” of the Chamber of Commerce: Identifying important social challenges and accordingly proposing concrete actions. In collaboration with various local institutions and organizations, the Future Workshop aims to make a trendsetting contribution to South Tyrol’s positive development. It is a matter of retaining wealth and quality of life for future generations. An important instrument to achieve this objective is social partnership – a constructive collaboration with social partners, especially employers’ association and labour unions. Especially in today’s globalized and increasingly competitive age, social partnership initiatives are likely to positively contribute to a successful and sustainable development of South Tyrol’s future.
